Enjoy your relaxing living room with a plush white organic sofa that converts into a bed, and a 4 seater dining table that leads to a private master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress, covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Nice venue, not great owner/operator

We got there on January 1, and trying to find the owner/operator to let us in was a long process. They claim they have a concierge, but other than one person who got involved after several days of no contact at all, no one seems to care. The washing machine was broken when we got there, and after 4 days they said they could have the part the 5th day, but we were leaving after 6 days, so that was useless.
