Villa Soliti was the perfect choice for our anniversary vacation! So clean and spacious, well stocked with anything we could think to use during our week. Prime location just a few minutes to the gorgeous Orient Bay Beach and a short 1 km walk to the village - far enough away that the nights were peaceful as we enjoyed the back patio and plunge pool.

Orient Bay Beauty

Me, my husband, his sister and our three kids visited St Martin for the first time. We stayed in this lovely property for a week. It is located in a cute community including several beaches 5 minutes walk away on Orient Bay. There are several restaurants and beautiful bakeries featuring French cuisine/pastries all within walking distance or a quick 3 minute drive away. The property itself is a beautiful as the pictures. Magali was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. We rented a car because this property is on the French side of the island and we wanted to be able to visit all over the island. It’s a smallIsland so we visited several different beaches on both the Dutch and French sides of the island. The property was about 20-25 minutes by car from SXM airport in Sint Maarten (Dutch). All in all it was private, safe and a convenient beautiful place to stay and we would definitely visit here again.
