1. The location is good: supermarkets, restaurants, buses, and the metro stop nearby.2. It has a charming old-fashioned character, attractive architecture, and is in a safe neighborhood.3. The insulation is not good. You can hear neighbors walking around, as well as sounds from the plumbing and electrical systems. Fortunately, the neighbors were generally respectful, so loud conversations and excessive noise were not a significant issue.4. The room itself was clean and included a built-in refrigerator, although there was no freezer compartment; it is A that a microwave was provided.5. The room is extremely hot. I often had to open the window to cool the room and improve air circulation. Unfortunately, this allowed flies and mosquitoes to enter. Mosquitoes buzzed throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep, and I woke up covered in mosquito bites.
