This gorgeous 1,084 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1.5 is the perfect combination of all things natural and organic in a luxurious setting. Every inch of this beachfront paradise has been carefully designed and decorated to create the perfect oasis. Living room has a plush white organic sofa that converts into a queen bed. Kitchen/dining area has a dining table set for four. Bedroom has a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in silky sheets. Enjoy your fully furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Great Location

We found this place clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for 5 people. The balcony and the view were excellent! The location was great, and we enjoyed the hotel pools and beach chairs. The host was communicative and responsive. I would definitely recommend it to others!
