After a day on the mountain, you can come home to assemble a delicious beverage with the home's wet bar before heading out to the spacious, furnished patio to kick back with friends. The living area is open and inviting, with a TV, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain and valley views, and lots of attractive furniture and decor. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, and you'll have plenty of counter space to help you prepare delicious meals. You'll have a private gas grill to throw a little char on some freshly caught fish or host a fun barbecue. You won't have to worry about stains because the private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes stay nice and clean. When it's time to serve your dinner guests, you'll have a handsome dining table and lots of seating on the patio. The breakfast bar also includes barstools. Use the free WiFi to research a fun adventure or download an excellent playlist to your device. The partial air-conditioning and ceiling fans will keep the home nice and cool on those summer afternoons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
