The location was perfect, close enough to walk to food or drive to Arches/Canyonlands. It is not as private as I may have hoped even in the standalone Casita and unfortunately the wifi was out but the listing does warn of that. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a unique Casita

Totally enjoyed our stay! Very clean, well supplied. So close to downtown Moab. Enjoyed getting our dinner to go and sitting on patio for dinner. The bed was very comfy with plenty of blankets etc.

The property was nice and the location was great. We did have a problem with the door lock that the property manager promised she would address but she never did. We were mostly satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, nice grill, fire pit and chatting with Jose. He was very kind & offered an excellent restaurant. Thank you. The only suggestion is some grill tools and containers with lids for refrigerator

Nice little place to stay in Moab

Close to everything, and clean. However the bathroom sink drains super slowly, likely need to have the trap cleaned. Some minor evidence of neglect in the bathroom (mold on caulk in corners) parking ot is not big enough for 5 units, so plan to park streetside if you arrive late from your hikes

This property was a little oasis while we were traveling to the Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The location was ideal in a safe safe neighborhood and super helpful to have on-site parking. The common area was adorable with a lovely fireplace and bench seating around it. Other geusts were very quiet and courteous. We love the decor inside and out. The only issue we had was initially getting into our room. We had the key code to get in but unfortunately it required some unusual pulling and pushing which would have been helpful to have in advance. Upon getting there we did have to wait in the common area for about 30 minutes waiting for a text message to help us get inside.

Great location and cute outside/convenient parking, but listing mentioned laundry and frankly, that’s why I booked it. There was no laundry on site, rather at the laundry mat across the street. I thought that was a bit dishonest. Also, there were many sugar ants in the bathroom. Not sure it was worth the price.

Passing Thru Town

We booked this quaint little spot in advance with the idea of breaking up our travel between Phoenix and Colorado ski country. What a great little property this turned out to be!!Peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable for our quick stay! It would be a great spot to spend an extended period in town or book separate units if traveling with a larger group. It is located very close to everything one could need during travel. We enjoyed visiting two restaurants while in town. We look forward to returning when we can spend more time exploring surrounding Moab! Thank you to ownership/management for paying close attention to all the details! Travelers like us find that important and seek out such places! This is one of those!

Casa Moab #5

Loved our stay at your casita! Very comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you! (Not for publishing, just a suggestion:) The only thing missing was a dresser. We had clothes for a week's vacation and there were only 7 hangers in the closet for 2 people. I know space is tight, so maybe a small chest of drawers that could fit in the closet would be so appreciated by guests. It's nice to not have to live out of the suitcase. :)
