This cozy townhome comes completely ready for your enjoyment. All you need to bring is your gear for your favorite activity on the Colorado Plateau. We have taken care of absolutely everything else. You are provided with all the comfort you need after a day of enjoying your activities out in this natural playground.

After your day of playing or shopping, you can either dine out in one of Moab's fine restaurants or come home and prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Afterward enjoy a cool swim in the pool or soak your sore muscles in the Jacuzzi.

Good Home Base for a Bike Trip

The property was clean and well appointed and we had really good communication about our stay from the host. Would definitely choose this VRBO again.

Great Location

Check in was simple. The home was just as described and had everything we needed. You are outside of town which meant it was nice and quiet and we had plenty of space. It was really nice to have an integral garage. We would certainly stay here again because it was perfect for visiting the National Parks.

National Parks homebase

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for our National Park visit. It’s a bit farther from town than we first thought, but it’s still a great location. Right between the entrance to Arches to the north and The Needles section of Canyonlands to the south. Very comfortable, clean and quiet place.

Good rental property and very comfortable stay

We had very good time staying at this property. Garage was a very welcomed addition. Everything was pretty good. The only not so good experience was checking in. The instructions did not clearly describe where to enter the entry code, and as a result we spent some time trying to figure out whether we had to unlock the key box or enter the code directly on the door (which for some reason did not work right away, from the first try). Finally, we opened the garage with the code and then we figured it out the procedure for the door. The communication with the property manager at the time was non-existent. No response what so ever.

Tv problems at Desert Rose

The TV modem was broken, finding out on our 3rd day after contacting the owners. After trying several things suggested by owners, it was determined to be the modem box. Owners lived too far away so we either had to wait around for service man or go pick up new box and install ourselves (which we did). Also the information sheet they leave for renters had the Wi-Fi name and password but it had been in magic marker which had faded out. After texting owners our different guesses to the Wi-Fi, they gave us the correct one on third day. Place was nice and convenient but amenities were sparse.
