Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 8a3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.
The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.
Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!
The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!
Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles! Bed Configuration:

The condo was a terrific place to stay while our family explored Arches National Park and the local area. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, and all of the conveniences of home!
Excellent location, the condo was clean and well stocked. We especially liked the garage as it made packing and unpacking easy. The kitchen space was small but OK for 2 people at a time but the large dining table and breakfast peninsula more than made up for the kitchen. Host was excellent and we appreciated the Moab local information left in the condo.

Great location. Nice clean town home with great views. We loved having the conveniences of a kitchen and ability to do laundry. The pools were great for a hot summer trip.
Great location in Moab, comfortable, clean and quiet
We stayed here for three nights while visiting Moab. It is outside of the busier main area of Moab, but an easy drive to get to restaurants, etc. We visited Canyonlands and Arches while here and it was perfect. Besides being in a condo group, the area was quiet and everything was comfortable.
Not only was the place nice & clean the management team was super helpful as we changed places like 3 times and they accommodated us. Thanks again to all the folks we worked with!
Great base “camp” to explore Arches and Canyonlands
Great location. Hosts very helpful as we arrived on Christmas Eve and needed suggestions for groceries before everything closed for Christmas. Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable.
Great process, beautiful location for our two week stay. We slept great on the beds, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had an adult guest for a couple of days who loved it, too.
Great place to stay. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub close by. We went in early September so not too crowded. Moab was 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and local craft stores. Also close to Arches and Canyonlands.
Great location just out of town. Unit was just as described and very clean. It's nice that they provided a welcome kit of basic necessities. The garage was convenient to pull in and out of. We would stay here again when in Moab for the weekend.
Beautiful property, well decorated, clear instructions, plenty of details, no issues with TV remotes (sleeper issue for rentals)… Not much to say other than bravo, wish I could have stayed longer
