Luxury 4 bedroom twin home, beautiful views. Private hot tub. Covered patio.

Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for truck towing UTV trailer. Unlike many listings our home does not require guests to fold our beds in a living area. All beds and sleeping quarters are in actual bedrooms.

Great location, comfortable beds, outstanding hottub

Very comfortable house for a large group. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with us. Kitchen was well appointed with nice pots/pans, utensils, etc. Beds were memory foam and comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Digital check-in was easy and fast wifi (400mbps).

Great stay

Took the family to Arches National Park. Property was perfect size for us. Nice finishes. 15 minutes to the park and 5/10 from downtown Moab. Would stay again!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this property’s week equipped kitchen and proximity to the national parks!! Lots of space for our teens to spread out and views from the hot tub were FIVE star!!

Fantastic Property, Great Views, and Excellent Location

This property was amazing. The location was ideal for all of our adventures in Moab and Colorado. Our party of 7 lived comfortably, and the views were incredible from every window. If I return to Moab I would 100% stay in this property again.

Fantastic place

Clean and well equipped. We had 2 families of 4 and it was perfect size for us. Plenty of parking o road for trailers. Garage has extratoolsif you need them and air compressor. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Nice sized hot tub as well.

Best VRBO we ever had

We have vacationed with other VRBO rentals and Shawn's is the best of them all. This property actually ruined the rest of our trip because the other rental we had for the second part of our trip wasn't nearly as nice as Shawn's. This property is exactly as described. Shawn was very responsive to the questions we had. We felt like we were home. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent.

Beautiful home with fantastic views.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern home. The views of the morning sun coming up over the mountains was just fantastic. The location is great, easy to get to, and very convenient for going out hiking during the day at Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The private hot tub felt fantastic after a day of hiking. Then the town of Moab is great for any evening activities you want. The host was so quick and friendly to respond to any questions we had. It is a beautiful place and handled our 6 adult guests with luxurious accommodations.

very Merry Moab Christmas!

This beautiful new home was the perfect place for our holiday together. The property is neat and new and was exceptionally clean. Our check in was seamless and communication with the owner, Shawn, was easy. The beds are all very comfortable and the open concept kitchen living dining room made hanging out together very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped if you like to cook. We left a second cookie sheet so now there are two:) This is a twin house but we did not experience any noise from our attached unit. The view is spectacular of the red cliffs and the La Sal Mountains! The big kids loved the hot tub especially during our snowy day!! This home offered all it advertised and more!!

Outstanding start to finish!

Can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t absolutely perfect about this home. Views from every window are outstanding, but especially the kitchen and the hot tub..which could not be more perfectly placed. Labels on every cabinet in the kitchen, which was extremely well appointed. I personally loved the coffee grinder… they even provided whole beans. I’ve never seen in any rental home do this before. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers were spacious and had beautiful tile work Absolutely outstanding. Owner was super quick to respond especially when we unexpectedly had a flight cancellation and needed to stay another night. Can’t say enough great things about this property. We will for sure be back.

Newer, VERY clean, private hot tub, small community pool. Large duplex townhome.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The townhome is ~ 1 year old and in spectacular condition. VERY clean. Rooms are big. The living space downstairs is sufficiently sized. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are nice sized. The townhome had EVERYTHING, including bean coffee and Keurig. Kitchen was well outfit. Beach/pool towels, extra pillows, every kitchen need, soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, washer/dryer with detergent. Shawn provided EVERYTHING. The pictures do not do the rental justice. It's bigger, newer, and nicer than it shows in the photos. If I could change 1 thing it would be the shower pressure in the master bathroom. It's not great. The community pool is a 2m walk away. It's not big. When other families were using it, it felt crowded, but the private hot tub behind the townhome was awesome, with a view of the mountains - tough to beat. Shawn was great. We didn't need much. I would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Stay

Property was perfect for my family (me, husband and 3 teenage boys). Kids enjoyed having their own rooms. Beautiful views and great location right outside of Moab. Quiet neighborhood too. We appreciated having plenty of the essentials - including toilet paper, paper towels, plastic bags, laundry detergent, and plenty of towels (even pool towels). Loved using the hot tub (it was cleaned twice while we were there!). Easy check in process. Property was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic stay

We had multiple families in Moab for part of a week. This house was perfect! Lots of space. Totally clean. Amazing views. Well-stocked kitchen. I can't enough good things. The best part however was the host. Super responsive, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay there again. THANKS!!!

Beautiful home and absolutely spotless. The home was spacious and offered great amenities. The owner was quick to respond to initial questions at the time of booking. Information about the home was in a binder in the house and answered all our questions. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the views were stunning.

The house was beautifully constructed and decorated. It was well stocked and easy to find things. It is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Easily one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in.
