Your relaxing vacation awaits in the desert oasis 10 minutes south of downtown Moab.
This brand new home is close to national and state parks as well as countless hiking, biking and off road trails. Enjoy the fantastic views and watch the sunrise over the La Sal Mountains from the front porch or covered balcony. Take in the stars or watch the sunset over the Moab Canyon Rim from the back covered patio or private hot tub. Enjoy the fire pit or relax in the hammock in the back yard. Grill up some food and dine inside or out. Enjoy a family movie night or ball game on the large screen smart tv in the family room, which features large leather sectional sofa, and wet bar as well as arcade games. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals and eat inside or outside with inside dining area that seats 8 plus breakfast bar that seats an additional 4 people. The fenced back yard features a large covered patio with propane heat for chilly days or nights, propane fire pit, dining and seating areas, hammock and private hot tub. The 4 bedrooms are tastefully and comfortably decorated with fresh new, high quality linens, extra pillows and blankets and closet space for your belongings in every room. The 25'X25' 2 car garage is large enough to fit 2 full size trucks with up to 6" lifts. There is ample outside parking in the 3 car driveway and in front of the house. The house is just minutes away from off road, hiking and biking trails including Hidden Valley, Millcreek Canyon, Steel Bender and Behind the Rocks. Take a mountain drive on the La Sal Loop Road and view the majestic La Sal Mountains from up close and explore the many hiking trails and high mountain lakes or take a cool dip in Ken's Lake, just 2 miles from the house.

House was perfect for our group of 2 families. Fully equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed the location and had ample garage space to leave our mountain bikes or side x side when we were not there. Kids had their own living space as did the adults. Would definitely recommend staying here and communication with Andrea the property manager was great.

The space in house was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the right small appliances and tools. We often commented among ourselves how much we enjoyed the property and location. The views were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. The host seemed to think of everything; small details like the extra trash cans in odd corners, some consumables on hand, separate towels for the spa versus the bathrooms etc. The house was so comfortable. We really enjoyed it and are looking to rebook this location in the near future.

This place is incredible and in a great location away from all the in town traffic and noise. No matter which direction you looked, the views were incredible. The team was very friendly and took care of any needs that arose. Highly recommend

As the tile says- absolutely AMAZING property!We all loved it. Every detail is thoughtful. Love the immaculate construction and top of the line appliances. Comfort to the max. And the architecture is beautiful! Senior citizen friendly with thoughtfully placed lighting. Enjoyed the kitchen. Owner communication was prompt and friendly. Yes- it is a developing area but did not feel an ounce of discomfort or noise. We have made beautiful memories as a family. We loved the fire pit too. Thank you! Will pass on this info to all our friends!

Moab RZR Trip

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful views, plenty of space for a family trip, has everything you would need for cooking, laundry, extra blankets and items for comfort, cleaning extras(laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.). Perfect distance from anything you need. We had a family of 10 and fit in this house very comfortably. Hot tub was perfect for kids in the mornings and adults at night. Backyard had so much room for kids to run free and adults to play games outside. We ended up staying a couple extra days!

Great location for SXS riding in Moab

House was in perfect condition, lots of room, the host Andria was very quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs!! Lots of parking for Sxs. Only a little ways from downtown. To far away to door dash anything but you can drive for 10-15 minutes to some really great restaurants! We came to ride sxs and we never trailered anywhere to ride! There was some great trails close to here! Fins and things, behind the rocks ( our favorite) hells revenge (scary for me) steel bender (lives up to the name) just a great place to stay!! I think we were the first to stay in the house, we did make a couple of suggestions just because we cooked a lot and there was no casserole dishes, but that was just us. They have too of the line cookware etc!!

Beautiful spot in Moab

We chose this property to stay while we visited Arches and Canyonlands. It was exactly as pictured. The property managers had a lot of thoughtful extras (like extra laundry pods, snacks and tons of spices in the cabinets). The property manager was also very communicative in advance (giving us tips about the parks and following up to make sure everything was okay). There was plenty of room for our group, which had 4 adults and 2 kids under 12. We enjoyed using the hot tub and I wish we could have made use of the fire pit. The kitchen was well-stocked as we did cook a few meals. The a/c splits took some getting used to, but that was just because we're unfamiliar with how they work (though there were written instructions on the counter for us to follow along). The property is south of town. However, that wasn't a problem for us since we had to drive through town to get to Arches and we could easily stop at a store or restaurant on the way back home. Overall, I would stay here again if we came through Moab.

Nice place in a nice area. Communication with the property owner was very clear and fast. Great kitchen which was well supplied. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and supplies of bath towels was slim for 10 people.

We take great pride in the homes we manage for owners all over the US from foundation to cleaning and hope that you enjoy staying with us. We live within very close proximity of all of our vacation rentals and are available to help with anything very quickly.

This neighborhood is distanced from the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, the quiet neighborhood, beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Canyon Rim and unbeatable view of the stars make it one of the best areas in the Moab valley! The area is rural and neighbors are terrific, we all look out for each other.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood has minimal traffic and is very quiet. The house itself is custom designed with features not often seen in vacation rentals. Views are fantastic and you'll be close enough to get to Moab in 10-15 minutes but far enough away that you'll enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle.
