This new 4 Bedroom home was designed, and custom built as a luxury vacation rental. The name Horizon comes from the property having 360-degree views of mountains to red rock desert. Your group will appreciate the 3000 plus square feet of living and 1500 feet of outdoor living space. This property is perfect for very large groups and can sleep 16 people. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations, so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. This property was built after the success we had with our Exclusive Retreats 5 Bedroom Escape home and is located next door and can be rented together to accommodate even larger groups 30 plus. The home is located 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 20 Minutes from Canyonlands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. Note: We do have a special cancellation policy and also offer "cancel for any reason" trip insurance to protect your trip. Just ask us about details.

LOFT - 2 Twin Beds

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to 2 additional sleeper sofa's in great room and 2 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed and can be placed wherever you would like in the house.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

POOL and 10 person HOT TUB: The pool is heated year round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.

GARAGE: 2 Car enclosed Garage

PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for trucks and trailers to park.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Covered patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. Sit in the evening around the custom-built fire pit with room for everyone.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Nice house, but has problems

The good: The house is nice, spacious, and has comfortable beds and furniture. The bad: In chilly weather the temperature was hard to manage. When you turn the heat to a comfortable level on main floor, the second floor bedrooms were too hot. Also, the fireplace didn't work. When I informed manager, they just said they thought they had told us, but didn't send anyone to fix it. Also, the pool and hot tub won't both heat at the same time. They had someone come in the morning to turn the heat on in the pool (then the hot tub got cold) then he came back in the evening to switch the heat on in the hot tub (then the pool got cold). Next, the house is in a lower class neighborhood. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the large windows in the main level where one pull out bed is located, or on two windows in front of the bunk beds upstairs. Anyone on the street in front of the house could see into those beds at night if lights in the house are on. Lastly, there is a somewhat jagged suction pipe in the pool which has no cover on it which forcefully sucks in the water. The pipe sticks out 2 or 3 inches into the pool and has sharp edges. Several of us got painful scrapes on our backs or stomachs swimming in the pool as we passed by it. Kids could have been hurt badly. We had to keep them clear away. It is dangerous and needs to be fixed.

Had an amazing time at the property. There were plug ins for a tesla; ping pong / billiard tables were great. Hot Tub and pool were heated and maintained all weekend by a servicehand. Overall, the stay was extremely pleasant. Thank you!

Beautiful spacious house

Our group of 8 active seniors really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, and we did some wonderful star-gazing on the deck by the pool. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved a problem when we first arrived. The location is 10-15 minutes from the center of town in a residential area, but that means no crowds or noise.
