Located 5 minutes from down town Moab and 10 minutes to Arches National park is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary masterpiece is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. This homes comes with an oversized 2 car garage with automatic Jeep cover lift and plenty of parking for all your toys. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing.

SUITE #1 - King Bed with ensuite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

LOFT BEDS: The bunk beds are oversized twin beds and located in the upstairs loft area and come with privacy curtains for guest comfort. The beds are large enough for adults as well as kids.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 3 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival. Additional setup charge may apply.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8 person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a oversized double car garage. There is a electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top.

GAME ROOM: Located in the garage with Ping Pong Table(can be folded and stored) 55" Flat Screen TV, Dart Board

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provide to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river.

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce court with custom oyster shell for a premium game.

HOT TUB ON PATIO: This hot tub is private and is open YEAR ROUND. It was purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: A swimming pool and is located a quick 2 minute walk from the home. This is available as part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). Please note, the pool is SEASONAL AND MAY BE CLOSED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOA FOR WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE. The pool is most often available April 1st - November 1st. We provide beach towels for all our guests.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Perfect Place for EJS

Attended Easter Jeep Safari (EJS) and this place was the perfect fit for truck, trailer, and Jeeps. Neighborhood is right next to Spanish Trail Arena. Awesome mountain views from patio where we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after long days of jeeping! Definitely would stay again!

Best VRBO we have ever rented

We stayed with 6 adults and two kids for our 50th anniversary. We loved everything about this place; well-stocked kitchen, dining area for 8, comfortable lvg room, games in the garage, hot tub for moon and stars over the mountains, three comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and the grandkids loved their beds with privacy curtains, their own little caves. This was a memorable stay, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location for hiking the national parks.

My family really enjoyed the house. We had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The community pool was great. We were greeted by a large rule book which I guess is to be expected. We would stay again if in the area. Very nice accomodations.

We had a group of twelve and the house entertained everyone. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and shuffleboard. The location was great with awesome views and close to Arches and downtown Moab! Hosts were very responsive to our questions and check in was very easy! Want to come back for longer next time!!

Excellent house for winter national parks visit

Stayed Feb 2023 for a visit to Canyonlands and Arches. House was lovely—very clean, well equipped for cooking basic meals (even had several small appliances like crock pot, blender, mixer in addition to the usual) . 13 yo son loved the bunk beds space—top bunk for sleeping, bottom bunk for gaming.

House was lovely, views amazing, amenities perfect for a vacation when you go all day and want to relax at the end of it. Enjoyed the fire place, fire pit and hot tub very much. Also appreciated the basics in the house (coffee filters, condiments, detergents…), because we traveled by air and couldn’t pack all of those items. Thanks also for your quick responses! We had an amazing trip to Moab!

Great stay in Moab

The house was very large, clean, and well-equipped. It is about 5 miles South of Moab city center - not bad, but a little extra driving to and from the major attractions. The outdoor space was great with firepit and hot tub. There are ample beds with the bunk beds included. I will say that the amount of hot water seemed very limited - we only had 5 people staying and still had to be very careful about staggering showers and not running washing machine - otherwise, will run out of hot water very quickly. For a house that sleeps this many, the amount of hot water seemed very inadequate for groups. Communication with the property manager was easy. Overall, a very good stay.

Nice Stay in Moab

The property was located in a nice residential area about a 5-10 minute drive outside of downtown. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices etc..Three bedrooms with en suite baths were nice. There was a handy powder room on the bottom floor. There was a sturdy cover over the heated pool which I appreciated because we had a 6 yo with us. The weather was a little too cool for us to use the pool but a private pool is a nice touch for a vacation rental.In all this house was a great base for visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The close proximity to town without the congestion was great. I recommend the house and company without reservation.

We stayed here for 6 nights and the location couldn't have been better! Very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Island in the Sky and Dead Horse Point State Park were about a 30-45 minute drive. House is exactly as described in listing and was happy to have use of the garage. I didn't get check in information until the morning of our arrival while we were en route. The only negative (which is no fault of the home owner) is the neighborhood dumpster directly in front of the patio - filled to the brim with ravens picking and spreading trash everywhere on the ground. Perhaps the township could relocate that dumpster to the opposite side of the street where there are no homes. Overall a great stay in Moab.

Lovely house in fairly quiet neighbourhood

The house is very clean and well appointed, with lovely views from the terrace. It’s convenient for Moab. The neighbourhood is rather ordinary - more so than we were expecting - and we didn’t feel we wanted to try the community pool. I think we were expecting a little more from the place but we did have a good time and would consider returning. I think we would prefer somewhere either in Moab itself or completely out of it, rather than somewhere suburban. On the first night some local children banged on the door, tried the keypad and then ran away. We informed the owner who was concerned but really there’s nothing they can do about things like that. After driving from the Salt Lake area that day we were tired and it was a bit of a depressing experience, but after that it didn’t happen again.

We were more than comfortable here and appreciated the many amenities. There was a problem with the hot tub when we arrived and the manager had someone there to resolve it asap. Everything else worked perfectly. Clost to Moab but a little south of town.

This property feels bran new. Very clean and organized. Everything you need to feel in a luxury home. Bed super comfy, air con efficient. Hot tub clean and perfect temp. Kenny was great to work with. Only comment is the property needs landscaping, plants please! That tall pampas grass across the street would be great to nest the patio.
