✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of basic toiletries, including shampoo, bar soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We don’t deliver or restock additional toiletries other than the starter supply, but additional supplies can be purchased from City Market, approximately 5 miles away.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for two vehicles in the garage.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the hallway.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and a $350 deep cleaning fee.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You can use the community pool and hot tub. The swimming pool is open roughly from April to October, and the hot tub is open from March to November. We do not guarantee the availability of these amenities, as it is under the control of the HOA and dependent on weather and maintenance.

Clean, quiet, well-stocked condo very close to Arches

We were a party of 11 and 1/2 the group stayed here. Everything was beyond our expectations- very clean, well stocked with everything even toilet paper, shampoo and hand wash, as well as a full size washer and dryer. Spacious courtyard with plenty of seating. Very quiet location with easy access to Arches and downtown Moab. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful inside and out. Very clean! Plenty of seating inside and out for a large group. Kitchen is well appointed with lots of pots, pans, utensils for cooking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Moab Getaway!

Group of friends UTV riding for a couple of days. This property was perfect for our group of six. It was clean, as advertised and owner is organized and responsive. I would recommend this listing and would stay there again. It is a bit south of town, but that is a plus for us, as it was quiet at night and beds were comfortable too! I am a regular VRBO customer and this was one of the best organized properties I have ever stayed at. Owner is doing it right....

This house was warm and inviting. Equipped with everything! We were thankful for the hose to rinse off mountain bikes after enjoying the beautiful trails. It was so nice to do laundry and cook a delicious dinner in a fully stocked kitchen. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2023. The property is only minutes from the shops and restaurants in Moab, and very conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands. Rossana was an excellent property host. She provided numerous recommendations, and paid attention to personal details regarding our stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family of five, including my parents in their 70s, myself and my brother, and my almost 8 year old son. Highly recommended!

Details missing: no Kleenex, toilet rolls near empty in Master bath, not ADA compliant, furnishings more like a motel than what I am used to with VBRO, 2 miles.south of town next to RV campground, noisy all night due to proximity to major highway, need grab bars in bathrooms for safety, lighting lacking, stairs difficult.to negotiate if hip or knee problems. Fine for college age.kids, but not older adults. Owners responded quickly to power outage on arrival. Hot tub not located near unit. Had really hoped.for more.

This home was clean, had great views, lots of cookware and comfortable beds. Not upscale as advertised. Very poor quality towels, 1 ply toilet paper, small cheap toiletries, no basic cooking seasonings. Internet/TV was spotty. Would have enjoyed a hot tub at the home like most of the neighbors had. Pool towels provided. Pool toys not provided. Spacious garage, balcony and patio to hang out in. Beware that check in is at 4pm which is late for out of town guests and the property manager will not budge even if the cleaning crew gets done early. Check out is also too early, 10:30am especially for families on vacation, no time to sleep in, felt very rushed to get up and out. But then requests that you text her if you leave early. Smh. Was a nice quiet area but will not return or recommend to others unfortunately.

Summer getaway

The house was just as advertised. Nice location the outside area was perfect to sit and have a cocktail and recap the day’s activity. We had one issue with the air made a call and it was resolved in 2 hours no problem at all.

Wished we could’ve stayed longer

We stayed in a lot of rentals over the years and this is one of our favorites. Perfect location if you are looking for peace, quiet and awesome views. Yeonly a 4 minute drive into town. Great viewing of the Milky Way. Super clean. We really enjoyed the outside seating and dining area. Our only regret was we were passing through on a long drive from Fort Worth to Park City and only stayed one night. Next time we’ll stay three or four nights there.

What makes this property unique

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.
