We don't deliver or restock additional toiletries other than the starter supply. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market, located approximately 5 miles from the unit.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace just off the living room.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a high chair.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: In addition to the private hot tub in the backyard, guests will have access to the community outdoor pool and hot tub.
The swimming pool is open from roughly April-October and the hot tub is open from March-November.

A great stay

Everything about this rental was as stated or better. Its location was convenient, it was very clean, the kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook anything, the pool was close by and we and our kids enjoyed the whole experience. We would definitely rent this one again.

Even though there were only two of us, this 3-bedroom townhome was perfect and more economical than the Moab hotels. There are multiple outdoor spaces and we used each of them!

Perfect location and home for Moab

This property is clean, attractive and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the property manager was exceptional! She sent us restaurant and activity suggestions that were really helpful. I loved the quiet neighborhood and views of the canyon. Arches National Monument was only a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Great Location

This was our first VRBO stay. We can’t say enough about the experience. The tips that the host gave us were extremely helpful for the area. The accommodations were lovely. The ease of checking in and out were also fluid. We have family of six and we all felt there was ample space.

Lovely, comfortable place to stay in beautiful Moab

Beautiful property with great views and amenities. Property manager provided bountiful helpful information, including recommendations and tips for local activities and restaurants. Particularly helpful to us was being informed of the requirement to secure an advance reservation to enter Arches National Park (thank you!) and the recommendation to drive the La Sal Mountain Loop Road (a spectacular favorite!). Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Coming Back To

We loved the house. Used the patio, balcony and fireplace. It was well stocked with everything that you might need. The shower in the master bedroom was awesome! The views from every room was amazing! It makes a great base for all the activities you will want to do. Sure beats going back to a hotel room.

A must stay

We loved it. Everything was excellent. The kitchen was my favorite. Tons of counter space and equipment to use. The balcony of the master bedroom is huge and offers great views. It was great to sit out at night and gaze at the stars. Master bedroom also has a huge closet with plenty of space to put luggage and clothes. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Our property is an upper-end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is 10 to 15 minutes. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. The city of Moab is 5 minutes. The North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.
If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.
