Summary:
Blend in with the locals in a classic family townhouse that's designed for style, comfort and relaxation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in our sprawling back yard or unwind in one of our two living spaces with leather couches and a wall mounted TV. We will provide one complimentary in-stay clean!
The Space:
This 1,600 sq. ft. 3BD/1/BA Duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with king and queen beds upstairs, a full bed in the basement, a sofa bed in the living room and a queen air mattress. The rental comes with a fully functional kitchen, partially-finished basement, 2 off-street parking spaces, a fenced back yard and additional complimentary amenities- e.g., secure Wi/Fi, Sling TV & Netflix, washer/dryer, coffee, central heat and air conditioning, grill and fire pit.
Guest Access:
You have access to a fenced in back yard and 2 private parking spots.
The Neighborhood:
Situated right between West Wash Park and Baker, this location is a short walk from all the sights and scenes in two of Denver’s hottest neighborhoods. Start your day with a top-rated breakfast across the street at Lucille’s, go for a jog around Washington Park with the locals, and then spend the afternoon boutique shopping along S. Broadway where you’ll find some of Denver’s most popular bars and eateries.
Getting Around:
There is quick and easy access to the highway. We are a short 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft drive to the city center that costs about $7. We also highly recommend taking advantage of the bike paths in the city. Closest access is 2 blocks away, outside of Spot Bar and Grill.
Other Things to Note:
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per month (2nd pets are an additional $125 per month). You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
