The location is perfect! You can walk to South Pearl St and there are many restaurants! You can walk to Whole Foods and Sprouts grocery stores. It is also close to S Broadway with more bars and restaurants. The house is very roomy and spacious. Both bedrooms are big with great closet space. The outside could use a bit of a sprucing up but other than that we found the accommodations to be good!

This is a great spot! Clean, lovely energy, artistic, great proximity to restaurants. Safe neighborhood. walked dog at night and felt very safe. Off street parking was easy. Air conditioning was superb. Communication with the owner exceeded our expectations! Super accommodating!! Would stay here again 5 stars!!

The house was perfectly located next to great restaurants and Broadway St. We enoyed exploring Broadway St. as it was full of thrift stores, boutiques and coffee shops.

Denver - Great Location!

The rental had worn furniture and the air conditioning units upstairs need replaced. Loud and not sealed off properly from outside. Private parking was a plus being off the street.

If you value privacy stay elsewhere

The neighborhood is cute and walkable, with a grocery store nearby. The host stays on the property with you, in the back room essentially of the building. This was not communicated to us previously and if it had, we would have stayed somewhere else. I value my privacy and did not feel comfortable overall with this stay.

Great spot in Denver

Stayed Labor Day weekend 2023. Very hot weather. House has central air AC as well as window AC units in bedrooms. Very comfortable! Large groups may not enjoy the single bathroom, but we had no issues. Near a number of restaurants and Sprouts for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Great Denver neighborhood

This propert was perfect for spending some time with my son who lives in a small apartment in Denver. I wanted a place to stay when I visited him, where we could hang out, cook a few meals, and walk through the neighborhood to restaurants. This was the perfect house for that! Comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, and in one of the cutest and most convenient neighborhoods in the city. We both loved it!

Misinformation - Not a private house, tried to charge fees after

I would not recommend staying in this vacation rental if you are searching for a “whole house” that is “pet friendly.” 1. This is not a whole house. This is a house divided into two apartments, the second apartment is occupied by the owner and two very loud yappy dogs. There is a locked door between the apartments, where the lock is not accessible to the VRBO side, which feels creepy and unsafe. 2. This is not pet friendly. There are glass tables throughout the house so, probably not kid friendly either. There is no yard that can be accessed by the rental. The only outdoor space accessible from the rental unit is a 5’ x 8’ fenced off sitting area out front filled with gravel and rocks. No grass. No space for potty breaks. Dogs must be leashed in order to get out to that space. There is a large patch of cactus directly in front of the front steps, again, probably not pet or child friendly. 3. The second apartment has access to the green space, where the occupant let his dogs out without supervision to bark non-stop at anyone that walks by on the sidewalk or even breathes in their direction. 4. The single bathroom upstairs smells like sewage. The bed was comfortable, if you can sleep through the barking dogs. The location was nice, very walkable to Pearl Street and Broadway.

The home was clean however it smelled musty and moldy. The windows were not secured because they had window a/c units. There was a barking dog on and off in the evening directly in the backyard and we were traveling with an infant. It was not the place fire us and was not comfortable staying there. We didn’t stay the second night of our two day booking.

Everything was perfect

The location was ideal, super close to all the fun that South Broadway has to offer, their is a Sprouts gricery store 2 blocks away, Chook's Chicken is just a few blocks and Delish. Everything in the house was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again for future trips!

Great Cozy Stay for a Metro-Denver Trip!

The place was quite cozy and close to many things to do, just as described! We found it close enough to utilize public transport to visit Downtown Denver, and there were several nearby parks to explore! And nice off-street parking there on site.The owners were so friendly, I would stay here again on a future trip! Thanks to Chris & Heather for allowing us to stay at their nice place! You'll get plenty of steps in for those delicious meals that are all nearby. HIGHLY recommend Sushi Den!!
