Hi! I’m Julia and we are a family owned business(not a management company)! My daughter and I clean our homes and my husband and son do most maintenance! You may even run into Nora, our amazing groundskeeper! She keeps the lawns looking gorgeous in the summer and shovels the snow in the winter! We strictly follow the cleaning guidelines provided by VRBO to keep our guests safe! We are a family that believes in the highest of standards and we firmly believe our cleaning standards are above and beyond the majority of vacation rentals available! Our guests agree!

Berkeley Retreat One is a gorgeous two bedroom, one bath retreat in the most centrally located part of the Denver-metro area! Stunning hardwood floors, sumptuous linens and bedrooms with updated kitchen and bath! Plenty of private outdoor living space with a large fenced patio that is dressed up with a pergola, gas fire pit and café lights! Here you will find a magnificent partial view of Hidden Lake and the majestic Rocky Mountains! This is a wonderful space to enjoy the gorgeous Colorado sunsets!

Berkeley Retreat One is the back unit of a duplex, which are two single-family homes attached. The only shared space is the driveway.

Berkeley Retreat is located in the most central area of Denver, meaning only 5 minutes to access all major corridors….I-70, I-25, I-76 Us-36. It is also only 3 blocks to the Westminster light rail station which takes you to downtown Denver in 15 mins.! This is wonderful for my Rockies fans because Coors Field is right across the street from Union Station so you can catch a game and not deal with traffic!!

Berkeley Retreat is also near the very trendy areas called Highlands, LoHi, and the RiNo district! These areas have wonderful restaurants and bars, and the RiNo district also has incredible murals! If you love art, then it is the place for you!

The Denver Aquarium, Six Flags Elitch Gardens Amusement Park and Meow Wolf are only 20 minutes away! But I must implore you, as a Colorado native, to visit our beautiful Rocky Mountains! Just hop on I 70 which you access five minutes from here and head west! There you will find a plethora of breathtaking views, darling mountain towns, ski resorts and activities that are sure to give you a taste of the wild west!

We had a great stay at Julia’s place. It was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished and had everything we needed and more. Loved the outdoor area too! Very convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around Denver. Julia quickly responded to a question we posed before arrival. We had no need to contact her once we arrived because we had zero issues. Would definitely stay here again. Great property and host.

Good central location for seeing Denver area. House was very well kept and there weren't any surprises. The outside sitting area worked nicely for evening wind-down time. The host was kind enough to adjust the outdoor lighting so we could better enjoy the gas fire pit.I really can't say there was a single we would have a different way.

This place felt right at home, so clean and even decorated for fall. The neighborhood is quiet and cute and the host is top tier. Stocked with everything you could need. Excellent communication with the host. 10/10 would stay again!

Cute and comfy property!

This is such a cute and cozy property! The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with quality utencils. The patio is large and comfortable for just hanging out. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Home Away From Home

This was our 2nd stay in this lovely duplex unit. The host had thought of everything to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is easily accessed, but enough off the main streets to be quiet. We really want to return in warmer months to enjoy the back yard!

This cozy place is everything it claims to be and more. A lovely space with everything you could need and lots of little touches and attention to details. As many reviews indicated it is very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was very enjoyable and so well kept and decorated. Pride is evident throughout.

Perfect Place

I don’t think we could have found a more perfect place if we tried. There were so many special touches that made this place wonderful. The location was perfect, we could get to everywhere we needed in 15-20 minutes, stores, Empower Field, the piano bar downtown, whitewater rafting, etc. It is cozy and clean and supplied with everything we needed. Julia was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Parking was plentiful. I loved that there was central A/C and not window units. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Denver.

Very comfortable!

This property provided very comfortable and clean bedrooms and a nice-sized kitchen and living space. Everything was super clean and organized. It was great that Julie provided fans for the sleeping areas for white noise and circulation. Parking was super easy - right in the driveway. The area was certainly central, although a bit more "city" than we pictured. Still, we felt safe and secure for our three-night stay. Thank you!

Relaxing Long Weekend with Son Accomplished

This property was as described and more! The attention to detail and obvious care for this wonderful cottage is the best I’ve encountered since staying in these types of properties. The kitchen was our focal point while enjoying a relaxing long weekend with my son and his fiancé. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with many items, spices and condiments. A thoughtful bowl with tea bags, individual coffees, cookies, and popcorn were left for us. And the cold beverages were greatly appreciated! Our beds were comfortable and although it was a hotter weekend, the air conditioning and fans in the bedroom kept us quite cool. All in all the property was everything I’d hoped for! The enclosed patio was fantastic and probably our favorite part of this stay! Our host, Julia, was attentive to make sure our stay was comfortable and would have assisted quickly if there had been a need. Will definitely return to this property!

Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The furniture is comfortable. The location was very convenient to all the activities we did in Denver. Let's not forget about the famous city of Boulder with our stunning Colorado University, Chautauqua Park and the beautiful Flatirons mountains!
