The description and the photos were spot-on!…in that everything was great! Really a well-appointed stay. We liked the large kitchen and island and the large TV. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Really liked the motion activated lights outside for coming and going when it was dark. We will be back!

Great Location!

Equal distance between Denver and Boulder, this location was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood is very walkable, with hiking and biking trails close by towards Strandley Lake. Beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen had all necessary supplies and updated appliances. Well decorated and enough room for four adults. Good work space for remote. Would stay again!

Beautiful surprise

The basement apartment was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and upgraded. They spared no expense on upgrades on appliances and comforts. The beds were very comfortable and it is located just 20 minutes from UC Boulder and 20 minutes from Denver. While you stay, there arerestaurants and grocery store within 5 miles.

We thoroughly enjoyed this basement apartment. The host Kitcia was very prompt with any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed, including many details that you don’t normally find. The furnishings are first class. The washer/dryer and icemaker in the fridge were especially appreciated! The neighborhood is very safe, and is in close proximity to the US 36 bike loop if you enjoy cycling like we do. Would definitely book this again!
