Gina was professional, communicative, and ensured everything went smoothly. The quality of the linens and furnishings made settling in very easy.A few practical tips for future travelers:Arrival: The neighborhood layout operates on a loop with similar-looking architecture, so if you are arriving after dark, keep an eye out for unit markers as it can take an extra moment to locate.Parking & Connectivity: Parking requires a bit of navigation, and double-check the network details directly on the router rather than the welcome sheet for quick internet access.Kitchen: While the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, the cookware is well-loved, though entirely functional.Overall, it’s a high-caliber property in a great location, and Gina is a gracious and reliable host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot

Our family enjoyed this property. Good location. Close to Denver and all necessary essentials. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, gas, etc. It was clean and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we Needed

It was great to be able to rent this property and get away from staying at a hotel. My co-worker and I were able to make meals, enjoy some wine, and relax quite comfortably here. If I am in town again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place in the neighborhood

Nice condo in a residential area made it feel very welcoming. Able to walk to get coffee every morning and enjoy restaurants close by. Beautiful area with trees lining the street. 20 min. Drive takes you downtown and enjoy the night life. Perfect location.

Fantastic place to stay!

Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.
