🛑 Booking Requirements
To maintain quality and safety, we require:
• Valid government ID for all adult guests
• Signed short-term lease agreement
• $200 refundable damage deposit (higher for guests with limited history)
• No third-party bookings
• Minimum age of primary guest: 25
• All booking steps completed within 24 hours to secure your dates
Instant booking is not enabled to ensure the right fit between guest and home.
Additional Screening:
Guests with no reviews or past issues may be asked for a 2x–4x deposit. A brief explanation of how this stay will be different helps us evaluate requests fairly.
