Close to downtown Denver, Denver University, and Cherry Creek shopping area. Fenced in backyard for your dog. Beautiful, dog walkable neighborhood. Cats are welcome too! If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the house for you.

I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, called Ponca City. I moved to Denver in 1991 and have lived in many houses throughout Washington Park.
Why they chose this property
The Cory-Merril neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Colorado. Walk south of my house and you will see beautiful, mature trees and distinctive, unique houses.
