About this property

If you are looking for a quiet, private place for a getaway (home away from home) approximately 5 minutes from Boerne, 6 minutes from Tapatio Springs Resort we would love to have you. Upon arrival you will enter a private gate that leads to a two-story home with a covered patio and beautiful views. The guest home and owners retreat are both nestled on almost 5 acres.

Master suite is located downstairs and the other two bedrooms are all upstairs along with the bonus room/living room.

You will be asked to leave if any home rules are broken…Rules: No loud music, smoking, firearms, drugs, pets on premises will result in a $500 pet deep cleaning fee, fireworks, late check-out will result in a $100 fee, no events.

Nice guest house in the hills

This is a nice and clean place that seems to be a guest house. The exterior is like a shed but the interior is efficient and it has all the amenities. The master suite is spacious and beautiful and the upstairs packs a lot of sleeping into just a few rooms. We had kids with us and they loved it. Hot tub was a great feature and was clean. The views were definitely amazing. It's pretty close to town by car but nothing is walkable. I originally thought this was a gated community but it's a gate for just two houses. Great host with good communication!

This was a wonderful property, plenty of space and close to everything. Great communication with the host, couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
