Very nice condo and clean. Amenities were great ! Would have preferred ocean view will just make Sure to get that next time but other wise great place.

Listing says oceanfront condo, but no view of the ocean only the parking lot, tennis court and other condo building. The condo was close to the beach…steps away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rental was not clean with stains on carpet, curtains, couch, bed skirt and pillow case. Master shower had hair on the wall and 3rd bedroom had candy wrappers underneath the bed. Uncleanliness tainted the whole experience. Went to the store and bought blankets, towels, etc to put on top of the bed rather than sleep under the sheets.

We had a nice stay here with the condo being clean. Across the street were several great restaurants, one with music every night of our stay.

Great location but a few surprises

We loved the location of this condo. Beach and pool access were very easy/close and the grounds were well maintained. Parking was easy and close. The size and layout for the condo were very good as well. It was slightly dated and had a few surprises you might want to know in advance. Some water damage and cracked paint on the living room ceiling. They only provided two trash bags for a three bedroom unit over 5 days and didn’t want to give us any more when requested. They had several streaming channels for the TVs, but we couldn’t find some more basic ones like ESPN. No starter condiments or coffee were provided but utensils/pans were good. Out the door and directly down the stairs was a maintenance room/office. The maintenance crew spent several afternoons hanging around outside their door smoking so you effectively had to walk through the smoking area on the way back to the room. The exercise room was also very limited in what it provided. No dealbreakers, just stuff to understand in advance.

Sea Oats Fort Walton Florida

We enjoyed our time in Florida overall. The condo was nice and clean. It could use some improvements such as, the twin beds were uncomfortable as well as the living room area. The bed rails need to be replaced with a better quality. And I would suggest that the owner invest in bath mats to prevents slips and falls. Otherwise the property was green will great access to the beach.
