As explained when you messaged about this issue, there is ongoing construction going on at the complex and you are the only renter to have had this issue all summer. I also explained pest control comes monthly and had just sprayed all units last week and I would let the management company know of the issue.

First to address the cleanliness and dishes. You arrived more than 1 1/2 hour prior to check-in and our cleaning people did not have an opportunity to finish or unload the clean dishes in the dishwasher. Our parking space was assigned when the building was built. It is small but I can park my suburban there when I come down. The bed configuration is described in the listing. We do not advertise the couch as a pull-out bed because the frame rusted due to water leaks from the windows before they were replaced with new windows and doors. We were not made aware of any of the other issues during your stay. Had we known, we would have addressed them, as we have a maintenance person who responds within 24 hours of being notified. Since these concerns were not reported during your stay, we were unable to investigate or resolve them at the time. We have had multiple renters prior to your stay and the week after your stay and none reported issues.
