Incredibly Cozy

The apartment was perfect for our quick trip. It had everything needed to make a stay comfortable. It is close to some very good restaurants. Hopefully it is available next time we come down.

Good location

Went to an LSU game. Was conveniently located to campus and downtown. Place was perfectly nice. Had a washer and dryer, which was a bonus. Lots of one-way streets in that area so watch for that.

Went for an expo show and was very close. Off street parking and well lite. Paul was on top of everything and was in constant contact. Very comfortable.

Host didn’t provide any checkin information for property or respond to my attempts to communicate. Ended up having to book hotel instead. Customer service was unable to assist whatsoever. Compensation offered after the fact is woefully inadequate for the inconvenience suffered. Don’t be stupid like me use Err bee in bee.

No host, no key.

The host never gave me a key code or check in instructions despite several messaes and phone calls. We had to get a hotel room. Still haven't heard from host. Ita been 3 days since i was supposed to check in. I had the address and phone number but no one there. This has never happened before. I'm very, very disappointed. Vrbo did issue a refund quickly.

Location was great. We were able to easily get on and off the interstate as well as into and out of downtown Baton Rouge. The owner was readily available and answered all questions within a timely manner.
