Great condo space

Great condo space, wonderful kitchen with all the necessary tools, blackout curtains for quality sleep. Close to the attractions and multiple on-site activities for those down time days.

Amazing Book for daughters 21st

It was amazing loved the layout, cleanliness, friendliness, and the response when we had to leave early! The pool and gas grill were an excellent touch! Thank you! Will be staying again!!!

Spring break stay

The staff were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. There were lots of children’s activities scheduled in their activities center, the pool was nice as well as the hot tub. You could go play pot pot or shoot baskets on the basketball court along with arts and crafts and movie night. Lots to do for kids and close to Disney World. The addition of their shuttle to the major amusement parks was also a plus. The only downside to the shuttle is that the shuttle home was scheduled before the park closed.

Don't stay in Westgate Blue tree resort

Property manager control room temperature, hot water and cell phone signal. TV remote don't work with TV, water leaks from ceiling and ancient heater system.

These are certainly not the experiences we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been. We also regret the water leak and concerns with the heating system. We will be addressing these problems with the property manager to ensure they are resolved for future guests. Your comfort is our priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience next time.
