Allegra and welcome to the holiday flat Plazzöl Suot Nr.5

3 1/2 room flat with separate entrance in a restored Engadine house in a central location in the old part of the village ‘Scuol-sura’. Both bedrooms face the neighbourhood street, which is closed to traffic after 10.00 pm. Only 3 minutes' walk to the “Bogn Engiadina Scuol” adventure pool and the local/ski bus stop. Reserved garage parking space.

Spacious living room with exposed wooden ceiling construction. Functionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom/WC/double washbasin. Small seating area at the end of the outside staircase at the entrance to the flat. Flatscreen TV with Sunrise, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine.

The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of persons)

- all additional costs such as electricity, water, etc.
- 1 reserved parking space in the car park (Enger car park)

Wir waren zu viert (4 Erwachsene) in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind auf der ruhigen Seite gelegen. Um zur Hauptstrasse zu gelangen, kann man zu Fuss zwischen den Häusern die Treppe hinuntergehen und steht dann direkt vor der Bushaltestelle Bogn Engiadina, dem Volg und dem Eingang zum Bad. Der Fussweg beträgt nur 2 Minuten. Die Garage ist etwas klein, und es war sehr eng, das Auto einzuparken, weil links und rechts bereits Autos standen. Dennoch würden wir diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen!

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt optimal im Zentrum von Scuol. Geschäfte, Bad, Haltestelle - alles in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist sie ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir freuten uns nach jeder Wanderung nach Hause zu kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
