Bright and sunny corner apartment in a quiet residential area on the western edge of the village of Scuol. Spacious, partly covered south facing terrace (37m2) with stunning panoramic views. Only about 10 minutes walk to the center of Scuol and a few steps to the bus stop of the local and ski bus.

Large, bright living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed for the 5th and 6th Person. 2 spacious double bedrooms with single beds. Modern, renovated bathroom with bath / WC / double sink + sep. Toilet / sink. Very nice renovated kitchen with dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine.

The prices include:

- FeWo sehr gepflegt, sauber und überdurchschnittlich reichhaltig ausgestattet mit allem, was man im tgl. Leben benötigen könnte. - traumhafte, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand mit direktem Ausblick auf gegenüberliegende Berge, dennoch Ortszentrum mit allen Geschäften nah und leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Fazit: TOP- Objekt!
