Wonderfully warm welcome holiday home, only about 70 meters from the long sandy beach. 4-5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, Internet Wi-Fi.
Wonderfully modern-comfortable holiday home with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, modern fitted kitchen and 2 shower Baden of 80 square meters, only 70 meters to the 7 km long sandy beach. Central heating, outdoor shower, satellite TV, barbecue, washing machine. Dishwasher. Big, 35 QM terrace and small balcony. Large garden with outdoor lighting, parking space. Enclosed. Outside shower.
Occupying a prime location, with only 70 meters to the 7 km long sandy beach of Marina di Ascea, invites the Villa Stella in a beautiful, contemporary setting in to a perfect beach holiday. The area is dominated by the green of trees and not by large hotel and apartment blocks. In a nearby hotel with camping music events and animations will take place in the period from mid June to late September. The center of Marina di Ascea can easily be reached in about 1.5 km away. Much closer but already are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos; everything is about 5-15 minutes walking far without your own car to reach. This also applies to numerous sports facilities such as tennis (guest tournaments), a riding school or football games.
Easy to reach, and located in about 500 meters away, are the ancient sites of Velia.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with sofa-bed, satellite TV, a kitchen with a full kitchen and dishwasher, two bathrooms with toilet, bidet, washing machine and shower cabin and hold a maximum of 4-5 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed - to the sheep room adjoins a balcony to bedroom 2 with a double bed. Wardrobes, bedside tables with bedside lamps, back-friendly mattresses, etc. and living room furniture and patio furniture are of course mandatory. The overall condition of the house is comfortable, modern and new. The 35 sqm terrace area is roofed, so amply provided for shade and in front of the house includes a "free terrace" on.
The Villa Stella is fenced, overgrown garden with a variety of green and flowering plants, olive and citrus trees and has a barbecue and outdoor shower. The entire area is fenced. A little-used access road leads to the villa and the sea. No street or beach promenade interferes with the direct access to the sea, so that the house has to be considered very safe for children. 1

Saubere Villa und freundlicher Verwalter

Wir sind Samstags vormittags angereist und wurden mit einer kleinen Wartezeit von 10 Minuten sehr freundlich empfangen. Eine Flasche ehr leckerer Tafelwein aus eigenem Anbau wurde uns überbracht. Die Villa ist mit drei sauberen Schlafräumen mit gemütlichen Betten, einer Küche und einem Aufenthaltsraum ausgestattet. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich im Haus und eins im Außenbereich. Alles ist nicht sehr modern, aber sauber. Man hat einen riesen Garten, der um das ganze Haus herumgesprochen mit wunderschönen Oliven,kapern, Zitronen und Limettenbäumen in dem man immer wieder von lustigen Eidechsen besucht wird. 2x mussten wir Kontakt zum Verwalter aufnehmen, da wir defekte zu beanstanden hatten. Sie wurden zumindest begutachtet und versucht, so schnell wie möglich zu beheben. Da es sich teilweise um größere Schäden handelte, wurde die Reparatur nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes fertiggestellt. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, denn es ging dabei nur um die Nutzung der Außendusche. Der Weg zum Meer ist wirklich nur 1 Minute. Der Sandstrand an der Stelle ist sehr sauber und das Wasser klar. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Ferien in der Villa Carmela

Das Haus ist gross und sehr nahe am kleinen Strand. Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar, jedoch ungeignete Strasse für Kinder. Das Auto wird benötigt. Die Inneneknrichtung sowie die Utensilien sind in die Jahren gekommen. Sauber war es leider auch nicht wirklich. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo war gut und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt👍

Schöne Lage im Süden Italiens

Der Gastgeber war nett und immer zu erreichen. Alle Wünsche wurden soweit erfüllt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Olivenöl und kostenlose Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, da der 7 km Strand in direkter Nähe ist. Am Strand (Sand+Kießstrand) gab es zwischen den Hotels immer reichlich Platz. Die schöne Promenade kann in ca. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht werden, dort gibt es reichlich an Möglichkeiten lecker zu essen. Ob Wandern oder Strandurlaub, es ist dort alles möglich. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein schöner kleiner Garten mit einem Zitronen sowie einem Aprikosenbaum. Zustand des Hauses entspricht den Fotos, stellenweise ist es schon renovierungsbedürftig (Bad Garnitur im Haus und evtl. die Küche). Insgesamt hat es uns dort sehr gefallen.

Fantastische Ferien im Herbst in Marina di Ascea

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Carmela im Herbst. Das Haus war super, gross, gut ausgestattet. Das Meer war klar und wir begeistert. Und Angelo war ein wahrer Schatz! Ob Fahrräder mieten, eine historische Führung, Tipps zum Essen - Angelo hat uns bei allem unterstützt. Wir kommen wieder!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr wieder in Marina di Ascea Ferien zu machen. Dieses Haus ist wirklich fast direkt am Meer, was wir sehr geniessen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man für die Ferien braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, am Abend hat man die Unterhaltung des Resorts von nebenan, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei etc.) Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Angelo sind hervorragend. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hilft er und seine ganze Familie immer „subito“. Die Herzlichkeit dieser Leute ist unübertroffen. Marina di Ascea ist unser zweites zu Hause geworden. Danke Angelo, es waren wieder einmal super Ferien.

Toller Urlaub. Tolle Betreuung.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort. Vor allem möchten wir Angelo danken, der immer für uns da war. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und eine wirklich fantastische Lage so nah am Strand. Zwei Supermärkte (davon ein Discounter “Conad“) sind nicht weit entfernt und es gibt sehr viele, sehr gute Restaurants, die noch dazu unglaublich preiswert sind.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Die Villa Carmela hat eine wunderbare Lage, wenn man kurze Wege zum Strand liebt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und Moskitonetze wären das Sahnehäubchen. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist optimal, wenn man mit dem Hund verreist. Die Matratzen der Betten sind gut und wir haben prima geschlafen, wenn die Steckmücken uns nicht gerade geärgert haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch Angelo, der sehr gut Deutsch spricht und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Fazit, wir können sowohl die Villa Carmela, als auch die Agentur von Angelo nur bestens empfehlen.
