Bozanov, 405 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a 1,000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. Landscape with “Genius Loci”. The surroundings are very rich in tourist excursions, hiking trails, cycle paths, rocks (Broumov Walls almost at the house and Adršpach Rocks), forests, monasteries, Baroque buildings, churches and very beautiful nature. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. The road by the house has very little traffic, only residents.

The area is very rich in tourist attractions, hiking trails, cycling paths, rocks, forests, and beautiful nature. In winter: Ski area 60 km in Mladé Buky. Cross-country ski trail in Bozanov 6 km.
