Great place, very responsive host.

Thank you Bernard for being a very attentive host. He provided us with all the required information as well as useful tips. The place is very cozy, if a little bit dated. All the amenities were flawless. I would definitely stay at this rental again in the future. Thanks!

BED BUG INFESTATIONS

The place looked to be clean, upon arrival I seen a large roach dead. Upon ordering food the othe roaches that were hiding all started to come out. We put food in the microwave when went to retrieved roaches was on the food inside microwave as well. To top it off, when my children got in the bed they were bitten up by bed bugs they was crawling on the pillow on my cousin shirt and when pulled back the comforter they were crawling in the in bed. We left the unit at 2 am in the morning we found them in my lil cousin sneakers. It was just a mess. The owner refused to reimburse me for the money I had to spend to sleep elsewhere. Please dont stay here.

Property manager was fantastic, giving us updates on the power loss due to the hurricane, communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

Comfortable but ...

Your service Bernard was A+ getting me through the gate, but for that reason alone, I would not come back to this property. I don't want to need to count on you to allow me access into the property. Also you might want to get Pest Control to spray for bugs... killed a few crawling bugs (cockroaches) in kitchen and tubs. Also there was only 1 roll of PT no back up, had to go buy more as I was there with 4 children, they get messy. Also may I suggest that you keep the cookie sheet in the oven that I purchased as there was none available, also you might want to add a salad tongs, spaghetti tongs, and big soup spoon to your silverware drawer. Lastly, you should post more pics of the outside, not going to lie, was quite nervous to walk outside the condo with the sketchy neighbors at all hours of the day/night going through the dumpster !! Or the piles of mattresses and appliances by the dumpsters. Again, you were a pleasant host and kids appreciated the chocolate HP frogs, but I'm afraid I would not be returning to this property. Best regards.

Thank you for your review! Per the association, you were too close to the actual gate for it to work, I've updated the gate instructions to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. I apologize for the bugs and I will have that issue resolved right away. We communicated a lot during your stay, if they were any problems I would have liked the opportunity to address them right away.
