The Modern Farmhouse is adorned with soft colors and classic finishes, a space that Joanna Gaines herself would be proud of. Accommodations for up to four guests the Modern Farmhouse hosts one private bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletry kit. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and place settings for 4 as well as a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and Wifi in the joint living room area. Enjoy your private east facing front porch in the mornings or your firepit of the evenings, you will not be disappointed with the view.  Parking is 24/7 accessibility in the drive in front of your respective cottage.  
As local owners, we are available as needed for our guests and are glad to give recommendations on area attractions or restaurants.  Welcome to the K4C Family!

What makes this property unique

We have six themed cottages on premises that are open and operating, they can host a number of guests anywhere from 2-11, each guest over the 4th incurs a $10 per night fee. The Stables, Beach House, City Loft, Modern Farm House, Lodge and Honeymoon Hideaway. The seventh structure at K4C is known as the Milk Barn, this cottage is our storage and guest accessible laundry. In the center of our circle drive you can find fire pits with wood to utilize, and the future home of our picnic area set to open in the fall of 2022. Check-in is at 3 pm, Check-out is at 11 am. If you need in early or out late please reach out prior to your stay and we are happy to try and accommodate.
