We are the Harpers, and we are super ecstatic to share Smooth Sailing with you! Original Owners of Perfect Place as well we consider this to be a mini version for smaller group stays! We just recently purchased this condo with you in mind! We have been Super Hosting since 2007 and promise to provide our Guests with the best possible stay ever!
Why they chose this property
We chose 1017 because of the amazing views of the Gulf and the Private Lake with boardwalk. This condo also has easy access to the 10th floor pool without needing the elevator. You can also get to the parking garage by using the elevator at the pool as well so gives you another access option in case it is the busy season.
