Contemporary step-free villa, very quiet spot between Aix and Lourmarin
Nestled in an unoverlooked green setting, this modern single-storey villa on the heights of the village offers a breathtaking view of the Château de Meyrargues and the Grand Concors hills.
Depending on the time of day, you can choose between several areas: the large table under the parasol for family meals; the cosier "salon palettes" for a siesta in the shade or a games evening; hammocks for lounging, and armchairs by the pool for aperitifs... Behind the house, the ping-pong table can be deployed for lively matches!
Bedroom 1 is a master suite with en-suite bathroom/WC.
Numerous hiking and biking trails depart from the house. Climbing trails 1 km away.
Shops within walking distance: bakery, rotisserie/caterer/fine grocery/wine, flowers, bar, pizzeria, and, just outside the village, Leclerc supermarket, etc.
