The second floor has a master bedroom with a separate TV room and Private outdoor balcony patio. There are three other bedrooms with two bathrooms on the second floor. The third floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second office and a sitting area in the foyer.
Outside there is a small basketball and Badminton area, frog pond, swimming pool, fire pit, 2bbq pits, and the expansive back patio has plenty of seating for everyone.
