Traditional guesthouse in the heart of the island of Cyprus

Peaceful and tranquil village of Pera Orinis located in the center of Cyprus, about 20 km from the capital, Nicosia. Surrounded by olive groves, orchards and fields, it offers every season beautiful nature impressions. Hiking trails lead you to a variety of attractions such as the reservoir Tamassou, the Monastery of Agios Irakleidiou, the royal tombs of Tamassos and va. The ancient village of Pera Orinis is under the protection of UNESCO. Far away from tourism you find here nice people, coffee shops and restaurants in the area with dishes from the traditional Cypriot cuisine.
Our small, furnished guest house is equipped with toilet and shower, air conditioning, Internet, fridge, toaster, kettle, hob etc.

Rural oasis

Our stay was excellent. The house and especially the patio form a nice oasis in a small village near Nicosia. Not too hot due to the solar panels on the roof that absorbed alot of the heat. Our host Roger was very helpful and gave us lots of good tips. We liked the taverna where he reserved a table for us, a bit chaotic but very authentic and a great atmosphere. We liked the lake nearby, we liked the ancient ruines in Idalion and Tamassos. We liked visiting Nicosia, both sides of the border, we liked visiting the Troodos mountains, and of course we liked the visiting cats.

love at first sight

The house was incredibly beautiful and everything you need is there. The village of Pera is so surprisingly central on the island. On the way to the beaches, the mountains or the capital, you can see the island from its most beautiful sides. But Pers alone is an authentic village with lots of charm. Thanks to the tips from our hosts, we really got to know the island. We fell in love instantly. Thanks dir this great time. We will be back

Great place. Will definitely return!

This guesthouse was everything I expected and more! It was perfect for the purpose of my stay. It’s cozy and comfortable and I particularly loved the outdoor area. The property owners were great! Very welcoming and hospitable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and shall definitely return!

Schönes Tiny-Haus in der Mitte von Zypern

Wer abseits der Touristenzentren Urlaub machen will ist hier richtig. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Tiny House ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat schon viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, die man in anderen Wohnungen oft nicht findet. Die deutschen Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für viele Entdeckungen in Zypern. Danke für alles!

Superfreundliche Gastgeber, gepflegtes, sauberes Häuschen mit allem, was man benötigt.

Von Pera unternimmt man Ausflüge in alle Richtungen um die Insel Zypern kennenzulernen. Zurück im Ferienhaus, findet man die Ruhe um sich zu entspannen und zu erholen. Die Gastgeber sind deutschsprachig und geben jederzeit Rat und Hilfe. Besonders haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten gefreut. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Au coeur de la campagne chypriote, le calme....

Loin des résidences pour tourisme de masse, Bettina et Roger ont choisi la campagne chypriote pour installer une maison parfaite pour un couple... Ils partagent avec beaucoup de chaleur, mais aussi de discrétion, leur amour pour cette île et sa campagne... La maison s'intègre dans une cour intérieure et garde une délicieuse fraîcheur quand arrivent les rayons du soleil... Elle est idéalement située pour permettre de découvrir tous les points forts de l'île, de Limassol à Paphos, de Nicosie au Troodos. Le village de Pera Orinis respire le calme et la tranquillité et permet de se détendre loin du bruit et de la foule. Et si vous aimez les chats, vous aurez des voisins attentifs à votre porte dès le matin! Merci pour ces jours de paradis!

Zu Urlaub bei Freunden

Eine nette, saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft, die nicht durch ihre Größe punktet, aber mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man lebt in einem kleinen, ruhigen Dorf und kennt nach 2 Tagen die Einheimischen. Ein Auto ist allerdings zu empfehlen.
