The Master bedroom has a 12” mattress king-size bed & an en-suite bathroom a walk-in shower & double vanity.

There is an non refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per pet (50 lbs max)

PESTS: Please understand, we are in close proximity to wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife including, but not limited to: raccoon, opossums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rolly pollies, and alligators These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do use a pest control service in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Parties are forbidden! This is a family friendly neighborhood that will not tolerate ANY parties. Authorities will be alerted, and your reservation will be canceled with NO refund. Citations will by the HOA which you will also be responsible for

Guests do not have access to the locked cleaning closets or the garage.

- Do NOT cover the ring doorbell or cameras or unplug the camera in the backyard. In case it gets unplugged, a technician will be called and guests will need to pay charged for this.
