Clean home, well equipped just don’t use the toaster! Great location right in front of the pool and right at the entrance and exit. Screened in back porch was nice!

We're so glad the home had everything you needed and that the location worked out so well for your stay. It's great to hear you enjoyed the screened porch, too! We also appreciate the heads-up about the toaster and will have our maintenance team take a look at it. Thanks for staying with Book That Condo, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Overall it was ok. Pool was filthy the entire week we were there, so we could not enjoy that. Our last two mornings we were woken up at 7am to lawn mowers and weed eaters going, and be prepared to wash your dishes before you use them. Most of the pots had to get washed before we could cook anything, so I ended up washing every dish to ensure they were clean.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the pool, the early morning noise, and the dishes not being as clean as expected. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will help us improve. I hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.

The place was a lot farther away from the beach as described, walking 1.5 miles carrying supplies with children was tough, we had to drive there and back. The place didn't accommodate 8 people, mostly 6 would have been the correct number even that with only 2 bathrooms was tough.

We’re truly sorry the location and sleeping arrangements did not meet your family’s needs. We understand how difficult it was to walk that distance carrying beach supplies with children, and we’re sorry the space felt too tight. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review the listing details to help ensure future guests have clear and accurate expectations. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

House was clean, easy to access (besides the gate being broken on the first night and having to drive through the other entrance during the pouring rain. We almost were not let in but they finally let us in). Host was amazing with communication! Would recommend!!!

Excellent Stay- Great for Families

Check in was easy and communication with the host was consistent and clear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very handy that each room had its own tv. Also being able to use the porch and garage to “desand” after going to the beach was very useful. The kitchen could use some basic seasonings but as far as appliances, pots, and pans, they had everything you need. Great place for families and would stay again in a heartbeat!

PCB Softball World Series Stay

Overall the property and it’s location worked well for our families needs. Our only complaint is the limited access to towels. With the property being near the beach, maybe the property management can provide a few more towels for beach use. All in all, I would recommend this property and would consider it for a future stay.

Beautiful Beach Home

This home is so perfectly decorated and the rooms vary the same theme and decor throughout! The cleanliness was incredible and made our family stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location cannot be beat, especially for a home that isn't right on the beach. We could easily get to several different beaches and restaurants on the ocean with just a few minutes. It was perfect. The customer service for checkin and checkout was awesome as well. They were so kind and caring on the phone. We felt very welcome.
