Sun of a Beach' is a beautiful sky-blue cottage located directly across the street from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. This 3-story home has gorgeous gulf views from the top floor balcony. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cottage is a block from PCB’s famous Pier Park, and therefore within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, activities, and the fishing pier! You just can't beat the convenience of this location! Home sleeps 8 in beds (Max of 10 guests).
This property is Dog Friendly for 2 dogs 35 lbs. or less ($125 per pet) - the HOA will not allow pets over 35 lbs. Pets over 35 lbs. will not be allowed to stay.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own in-suite bathroom and flat screen tv. The subtle coastal décor will help you to wind down after a fun day at the beach. There is a large dining room table for family meals, along with extra seats at the bar. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances.



Take a dip in the community pool or relax on the third-floor balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf. You will not want to leave this perfect beach retreat!

***Due to HOA rules, no trailers of any type are allowed at this property.***

All parties MUST have at least 1 person twenty-five (25) years of age or older staying at the property unless your group gets written permission by property management. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

The house was perfect for our family. The house had the basics which was great. We especially loved the beach towels included and having washer & dryer to wash mid-week. We walked to Pier park every night for either dinner or dessert! That was one of our fav things- location to everything. We would def recommend and stay again. Minimal things - light bulbs out, sink dripped, etc. I didn’t want to bother the owner over small things like that during our stay. I’d stay again!

The location is great. Floors were a little dirty and fan in family room didnt work. They said they would send maintenence out but they never showed... you csnt beat the location though!

Beautiful home

This house is so nice! It is extremely clean. It also is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. There is a beautiful view of the gulf in the den. There is a beach access right across the street from the house. The rental agency was easy to work with and was quick to get back with me. I highly recommend this rental.

Best Spring Break Vacation

The property itself was a gem, beautiful decor with ambient natural lighting during the day. The top floor had the best views of gulf and it was much enjoyed in the mornings having our coffee. Sunsets were so serene and spectacular. The location was great and within walking distance to all activities. Very memorable stay for our family and hope to return next year!

Right across from beach access that is not crowded at all… walking is easy to Pier park. Loved that it is pet friendly! The one caveat is all the stairs! 3 flights of stairs; could be an issue if you have any problems or little ones! Everything was fantastic. Pool is close by and never very full even though there were lots of full condos.

This location is the perfect location. Walking distance to so many things and right at the beach entrance! Property management was amazing. Fast responses and very friendly! Our flights got cancelled and we are from California and they did so much to help us stay an additional night and take the stress away from being so far from home and stranded. No better place to be stuck an extra day at 👏🏻 Pier park is a short minute walk away and the beautiful ocean beach is even shorter than that! Definitely recommend this property and they get a solid 10/10!

Property was in a great location - walk to beach, pool, Pier Park. Bedroom on lower level is very small, no floor space to open suitcase. Had a little issue with no sheet set for sleeper sofa but staff brought a set morning of second day. No extra toilet paper rolls provided and we ran out in the 1/2 bathroom upstairs. View from upper porch made up for the issues.

PCB fall of 2021 !!!❤️

Enjoyed vacation to Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, the Pier, restaurants, Sunset Sailboat Cruise, the beach(which is pet friendly) and Emerald Coast Car Show. Plenty of room to relax and watch sunrises/ sunsets from top balcony. We love staying at Summertowne Cottages.
