Welcome To Pier Fun!
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms private home is located in the desirable Summertowne right by Pier Park! With the ease of parking, and walking location to the beach, this will be your new favorite beach home! This dog-friendly home is steps from the beach and will be perfect for your next beach vacation!

This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy! Each bedroom features a private full bathroom, and upstairs you can enjoy balcony views of the Gulf! The living room features plenty of seating space for everyone to relax after a long beach day, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, along with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features all-white cabinets and appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a half bathroom for guests near these common areas. The master bedroom features a King bed, closet, TV, full bathroom, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, and full bathroom as well. The kiddos will love the bunk room with a full-on the bottom, twin on top, and TV.

We had the best few days in this house. It was beautifully decorated and the view was wonderful. Great communication with host and being in walking distance to Pier Park was a plus. Hope to return again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view. Clean home and super cute. Only negative was the guy next store was very rude to us as we brought our trash out and our house and ones next to us def need pressure washed, nasty green mold all over house sides.

Overall was a great place to stay. We did have an issue with the code not working at check in, but after a quick text that was fixed. The location to the beach was great. It's a quick walk right across the street. Parking was a tight squeeze to fit 2 cars in the small driveway. We had plenty of room in the house for our group of 7. Be prepared for lots of steps in the house though. Also, we weren't aware until we got there that the top bunk of the bunk beds says that nobody over 100 pounds can sleep on it.

Nice to be right across street from dog beach and close to Pier Park for shopping, dining, etc. Plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have several balconies!

Great location. But our kids ages 9-12 could not even stay in the bottom kids room. As we were unpacking them. Multiple large roaches went running across the room. Which the kids room is on the bottom floor alone, next to the front/back door. My kids were traumatized at sleeping in a room with bugs. So they slept on the floor on a mattress in our room. L
