3 bedroom 4 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Resort! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this spacious townhome has room for the whole family. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Nearby, you’ll find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Ripley’s Believe it or Not!, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and WonderWorks. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

We only provide a starter-pack of amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) to get you through a couple of days.
Dog friendly, but max of 2 dogs. there is a flat $100 pet fee.

We do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed. A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card and released after your stay.

We have a front door security camera aimed at the parking spaces. This is to provide security and footage in case of any incidents.

Family Summer Vacation

Great vacation getaway. The condo was located a gated community. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. The pool was very close to the condo located 50 yards away. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Trent was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Grantham vacation

What a great getaway! We were right at the beach without having to pay beachfront prices. A 3 minute walk and we were in our lounge chairs.3 full bedrooms pkus 3.5 baths. Spacious and comfortably. Not interested in sand? A nice pool is less than 50 yards away.Highly recommend!

Annual family vacation

Very nice, modern condo. Location is great. Only 5 minute walk to beach. All the amenities included make it feel like home. Everything works great and plenty of creature comforts included. We had a great stay at this property. The host was welcoming and allowed us to check in early so that we could enjoy a college football game with friends. They provide several beach items to use, which was very accommodating, if needed. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I need a washer and dryer to work, as laundry is a big need of mine. The dryer wouldn’t dry clothes unless cycled 3x on 60 minutes each time. I asked the host about it and he said to move the dryer away from the wall, which we had already done. He said he had just had it serviced and he apologized for my inconvenience but didn’t offer to have it fixed. It didn’t help our situation, and I also didn’t get to do much laundry. That was my only complaint, otherwise the condo is very nice.

Perfect place

We had a great Time. The place was as described. It was clean. Had all utensils needed, and was also close to the beach. It has numerous pools to enjoy playgrounds for the children, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and an 18 hole mini golf course. I would highly recommend this place.

The owner was amazingly proactive and communicative. Beds were very comfy. Loved receiving dining recommendations from the owner - Bayou at the Beach was so good! The complex was clean and people were friendly. A short walk to the beach and the closest pool was about a minute away. We had a great time - thank you!

Best vacation ever!

We had the best time this week at the Sandpiper retreat!! The beach items were awesome to have! Wonderful all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It was super clean and very cozy! Such an easy walk to the beach. So convenient to shopping and golfing. Was also great place for our dogs. They had a great time also. We really wanted to stay longer and will next time we come!!

Sweet getaway!

This property was perfect for my family's needs. Thank you Trent for making the entire process. Everything was pretty well stocked in the kitchen and there were tons of toys. We used the grill and made sure to leave it cleaner than we found it. We would definitely stay again!

A Great Getaway

This was perfect for what we needed! We loved how close it was to the beach and the pools! We enjoyed meals at the Clubhouse and reading by the beach pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from cooking to spending time at the beach! It even had pickle ball equipment to use at the new pickle ball courts! Trent was great to work with. Good memories! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Location location location! This unit was amazing. So close to the beach. Dedicated parking right outside the front door. Great kitchen - everything you need away from home. Amazing communication. The little stuff you don’t think about made it extra great - coffee pods, extra blankets, maps, etc. All of us loved it! Thanks for a spectacular stay!

Everything was wonderful! Tips for future renters: Master bedroom stays very light. If you have a light sleeper, have them take the queen or bunk room. Both stay very dark. Condo comes with all beach accessories, including umbrella, which was way more useful than the shibumi shade we brought. Beach had low wind. We are used to South Carolina beaches Which are very windy and shibumi are common. Trent was great to work with. Very responsive and accomodating.

Fantastic vacation.

This condo was amazing and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family. It was just a short drive to the dog beach which was the purpose of our trip and a short walk to the beach without the dogs. The living area was very spacious and the mirrors made it look even more so. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook meals. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Our host, Trent, was very easy to work with and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended places to eat. The granddaughters loved feeding the turtles in the canal behind the condo and watching the kittens in the yard across the canal. We definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Panama City.

Wonderful Beach Condo

This is the perfect place to stay at the beach! We have an 8 year old, a 5 year old, and a 1 year old, and this is the PERFECT location! It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and the host provides a buggy to transport your items to the beach. We wanted a location that was close enough for us to walk back and forth without getting in and out of a car - and go back for naps for the kids if we needed. There’s tons of swimming pools on the property, and our favorite was the one right on the beach! We also played putt putt, which is right in the property, and the host provided the putters and gold balls. It was so much fun! The condo is the perfect size - we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had their own bed and their own bathroom. The kitchen was a full size kitchen, which was perfect for us since we did not want to eat out every night. There’s everything you need, including a few restaurants you can just walk to, and the host is very responsive to messages and very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about Sandpiper Retreat! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Family vacation and baseball tournament!

Our family had a wonderful eight night stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, private bathroom in each bedroom with nice thick towels provided. Beach towels were also provided along with beach chairs, toys, beach cart, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook our meals. The owner really does a great job providing everything needed for your stay! He is quick to respond if you should have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo for your home away from home if you are traveling to the area and looking for a great place to stay!

Enjoyed a week for kids our spring break. Condo had more than enough room for my family of five. Three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. It was well stocked and close to the beach and the larger pool. Owner was easy to work with and get ahold off. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.
