1930's Single family home on adorable cul-de-sac downtown Annapolis with off-street parking! Located off West Street in downtown's Arts District, we are conveniently located in walking distance to City Dock, USNA, Navy Stadium, or to the many restaurants and shops Annapolis has to offer. Private driveway so parking is never a problem. Great fenced in backyard and patio for entertaining! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with additional sleeping options in the finished basement (queen murphy bed) and a pull out sofa in the living room (queen). This home checks all the boxes for a memorable stay in Annapolis.

Great location - easy walking distance to the academy and football stadium. Great coffee shops and pizza out the back gate. The littles loved the backyard where they could play hide & seek. Easy check out too - start a load of towels, take out trash, sheets off the bed but stay in the room. Easy compared to other places we have stayed. Thanks!!

Family vacation

We are a party of 4 adults and one senior citizen. There are plenty of bedrooms and the lower level with the office and Murphy bed was perfect for our graduate student to finish up the semester. The house, yard, neighborhood, parking is exceptional. We walked to many great places to eat, shop and explore. We drove to beautiful parks and beaches and even to DC for the day.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient!

This house is perfect for a small family or two couples. It's on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of tons of restaurants, Rams Head Inn and other live music, museums, and the wharf. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for relaxing - though you will get bitten by mosquitos no matter how much bug repellant you wear or citronella candles you light outside :) The owner is super responsive too. The only thing that could be improved is for there to be a lamp in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. There isn't one and the light switch for the overhead lights is outside the room on the wall in the hallway. Not convenient at all. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Special Weekend in Annapolis

House was very comfortable and "homey". My daughters and wife could tell from the awesome coordinated house decor that it had a females touch. Stacy was a wonderful host and very responsive to us. We had no needs but she was there if needed. We loved our stay and would recommend and stay here again.

Everything about this home was perfect!

My family had to relocate locally during our home renovation. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were thrilled with the cleanliness of the home. Every inch of the home was spotless. The location is easily walkable to downtown Annapolis and numerous restaurants. Yet, being in a cul de sac, the location seemed very safe. Ample driveway parking too. The fenced yard made it so easy to care for our dog. Everything in the home is updated and very well maintained. My family loved everything about the home. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Best of all, communication with Stacy was fantastic. We needed to stay a day longer, and Stacy had no problem extending our reservation. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Annapolis!

Christmas in Annapolis was wonderful!

Thank you for the use of your home. It was perfectly located for enjoying all the Christmas festivities Annapolis had to offer. We could easily walk everywhere with our 9 year old. It was near great food and the Naval Academy, State House, and Government house. The house was everything we could hope for in the area. Our dog was very happy with the yard and accommodations too. You had all we could need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. My only suggestion would be curtains over the front door and over the windows in the half bath. I felt there could have been a little more privacy with those 2 areas. We did feel safe in the neighborhood and in Annapolis in general. It is definitely a very friendly city. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Beautiful home in perfect Annapolis location

My husband, 14-month-old, and I stayed at Stacy's house in early November. The house was beautiful, exactly as listed, and Stacy provided a helpful list of recommended restaurants and activities in the area. The house is a two-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and galleries, and a 10-15-walk down to the water. It does have a couple flights of stairs, worth noting if you have a toddler, but we blocked them off with no problem. Stacy also provides a booster seat and crib. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again.

Why they chose this property

Great location being walkable to all the great downtown spots, but tucked away in a quiet street for peaceful enjoyment. Just a few steps out the back gate are some amazing innovative local restaurants and bars. Summer evenings on the back patio with the string lights are a favorite. Perfect spot before you head out for the evening, and even better to relax after a long day out exploring the town.

What makes this property unique

This home is perfectly situated to walk to everywhere while still having privacy and space. Located downtown on a quiet cut-de-sac, but access restaurants and shopping right out the back gate.

No problem with parking or noise - very unique spot downtown.
