Nice house, needs work

We arrived after dark but porch light was so dim it was hard to find house. The carpeting upstairs needs replacing, it was stained and hard to tell if it was clean. The downstairs was nice except 2 out of 3 recliners in sectional did not work. Game room was nice. Bathrooms needed work. Good location close to restaurants.
