The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning.
On the ground floor of the main house is the large master bedroom, a bathroom en suite with bath-shower-bath, toilet and double washbasin, the kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, the living-dining area and an additional guest toilet.
Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and also a bathroom en suite with toilet, bath-shower, double vanity. From the bedroom on the upper floor takes you to the large roof terrace (south west orientation).
About the Andalusian Patio (courtyard) you enter the tastefully furnished guesthouse with 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed, a room with 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet and double vanity.
You will find in the house all the necessary amenities such. B. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with us, more on request. The entire property is fenced and located in a quiet 18-hole golf course at hole 12 (par 71). Nearby you will find more, challenging golf courses.
Shops, restaurants and bars can be found within walking distance 500 meters.
The 25 km long sandy beach (nature reserve) is only 700 meters away, where you will find beach bars, a sailing and windsurfing school, hiking trails and all water sports opportunities.

Good size villa

Lots of room, good welcome from local manager. Everything we needed including a bottle of wine. All the guests were impressed. Lovely area with unspoilt beaches nearby.

Our dogs take up a large portion of our spare time, in addition, we place great value on a nice feel-good atmosphere and timeless, stylish design .

Why they chose this property

We bought the property after a long search and have it completely restored. The Golf Villa El Portil that excels in quality, stylish furnishings and tasteful ambience considerably from other objects from. The location is easily accessible yet very quiet and private. Through our family connections in the region, we know the region and El Portil / Nuevo Portil for many years. We never thought about buying somewhere else a property, because on the beach of El Portil / Nuevo Portil dogs are allowed and we love walking at the beach and playing in the sea with them.

What makes this property unique

The Golf Villa was initially in a state of desaster. Already during the first visit of the object, we realized how much potential this house had and hence the purchase decision was made quickly. After the purchase, we have restored and renovated the main and secondary house completely. The outer wall was completely removed , the Patio rehabilitated and the patio door that could be opened not quite , again made ​​passable .
Now that we have renewed the electrical system and we have renovated the pool ( all joints have been updated) and as we enjoyed for the first time at noon a beer at the pool in October in our brand new deck chairs, our dogs dancing around us, then we have found we made everything right.
We have created a beautiful vacation-home with a great ambience in which you properly feel comfortable from the first moment.
