The house is in the neighborhood derHäuser Kiek-Wiet and Wiesenblick Fenja adjacent to the holiday home Achterhuus Malia in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead end) .The house is located in Grimersum (about five km from Greetsiel).

It has four bedrooms (one downstairs) and two shower baths for eight persons equipped (ideal for two families). The sauna and the stove invite you for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful beamed ceilings and maritime means give the house a very special character. Downstairs is the spacious living / dining area with large doors leading to the south terrace. The kitchen is equipped and much more fully with oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the adjacent storage room washer and dryer are housed. Downstairs bath can be found next to the shower, the toilet, a bidet and a sauna. One of the (parent) bedroom (with double bed) is housed on the ground floor and therefore interesting for the entrainment of the grandparents. Upstairs are three further bedrooms (one with double bed, two with two single beds) and another shower-bath.

Two parking spaces belong to the property. In the garden house there is a garden furniture and a barbecue. Guests can enjoy sunbathing or barbecues on the Südterrrasse herliche.

The marina is only 60 meters, the channel located there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat in winter partially by ice. A nice public playground is just steps away, so you children also can be alone there. A restaurant and shops can be found in about 3 km.
