Relativ zentral gelegen, sehr hellhörig,

Eigentlich hätten wir es uns denken können: in einem Reihenmittelhaus gibt es Beschallung von zwei Seiten. Was uns von der Objektbeschreibung her nicht klar war und was wir auch nicht erwartet hatten: sowohl der gegenüberliegende, als auch der vorgelagerte 3-Spänner liegen so nah beieinander, dass man eine Rundumbeschallung von wenigstens 9 Wohneinheiten hat. Was heißt: spätestens ab 6:30 wird man mit morgendlichen Badgeräuschen geweckt und je nach Mieter wird man auch nach 22:00 noch mit Gesprächen im Garten oder laufenden Spül oder Waschmaschinen beglückt. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts liess in unserem Fall einige Wünsche offen - kann aber vielleicht nur ein Einzelfall sein. Konkret war die Eingangstüre massiv verdreckt, das Treppengeländer ins OG klebrig (Nachreinigung mit Feuchttüchern ergab schwarze Tücher), Küchenfenster war verschmiert (mit dreckigem Lappen halbherzig gewischt) und die Terrasse war mit Sand übersät (hier hat der Vormieter offenbar Sandspielzeug ausgeleert) Zwei Steckdosen funktionieren leider nicht, was bekannt zu sein scheint, aber offenbar nicht behoben werden kann. Fazit: Der Standort ist ok, hier würden wir allerdings nicht wieder buchen. Nachdem wir dies alles vor Ort an die Agentur gemeldet haben und weder schriftlich noch mündlich eine Rückmeldung dazu bekommen haben, gehen wir davon aus, dass hier die Masse abgefertigt wird und auf individuelle Wünsche/Probleme keine Rücksicht genommen wird.
