This property is near the end of a quiet private drive. The house has been newly renovated and is updated inside. This is a very roomy, cute house with a nice pool. Plenty of free parking in a very quiet neighborhood. Approx. 15 - 20 minutes from the popular Sarasota beaches.

Very close to the Legacy Trail (The New bike trail that connects to downtown)
