FULL DESCRIPTION



This is a beautiful, large 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch home on the Northside of Sarasota with a heated (optional) swimming pool and jetted spa. Pool heat is an additional charge of $35 plus tax per day. The spa is heated even if you do not wish to add pool heat. With a two-car garage, it's conveniently close to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport and just 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Walk to view Sarasota Bay and bring your friendly Fido's because this ranch has a fenced yard! This is a brand-new offering as a vacation home with a lived-in homey vibe.



There is a lovely front porch with beautiful landscaping, outdoor lighting, a paver walkway, and a bistro table for two where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch nature at its best even if raining as it's partially covered from the elements. Upon walking in the door you have a large entrance area that leads to a formal living room with plenty of seating and a row of windows for natural light. Off the lanai and open from the kitchen there is den/TV room with desk, sofa and chair a large screen TV and Blu-Ray dvd player. Catch up on emails, read a book, relax or take a nap.



The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with new solid stone granite countertops in light brown earth tones, a black glass top double oven stainless steel range with wall mounted pot/kettle filler faucet, neutral tone ceramic tile floors, new kitchen cabinets with glass and wood front doors, brushed silver hardware, a small island with granite top and electric outlet, stainless dishwasher, stainless double door refrigerator, bottom freezer with water/ice front door access. The kitchen has a pass though opening out to the lanai and swimming pool for quick, easy access for family barbecues. The enclosed lanai is quite large with a daybed for additional sleeping and two additional dining areas for friends and family. Music is available in the lanai/pool area but please be mindful of your neighbors.

Right off the open kitchen, there is a large dining table that can seat up to 6 people. You have a large private laundry room with a second small refrigerator, a full-sized washer and dryer with a utility sink for your convenience and ease after a day at the beach playing in the warm sand.



The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new, highly rated, memory foam bamboo mattress, tiled floors, small flat screen TV and en-suite bath with handicap accessible tub/shower. The second bedroom has a King bed,(this change was recently made and pictures still show Queen bed) small flat-screen TV, desk with a chair for catching up on emails. The bathroom and newly renovated with solid stone counters and a step-in tiled shower. The bathroom in the bedroom off of the dining area has a walk-in handicapped tub/shower combination. There is ample space to store your personal belongings. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin floor mattress and is accessible off the lanai. This bedroom is perfect for someone who is looking for privacy as it has its own entrance from the pool area. This room is not connected to the main home. Please note that this bedroom is not suitable for younger kids as they will be secluded from the rest of the home, but perfect for a teen or adult who might want a little more privacy. There isn't a TV in this 3rd bedroom and it's off the lanai so if you lock the sliders to the house at night, that person won't have access to the house.



This beautiful home is located in the Historic Whitfield Estates Section of Sarasota where numerous homes are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota with incredible restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
