Cozy Studio within walking distance to ski lifts!

Cozy studio next to Brian Head Resort in Cedar Breaks Lodge and spa. Great for year round activities. 15 minutes drive to Cedar Breaks Monuments, about 1.5hrs drive from Zion and Bryce National Parks. Great sunrise viewing!

Our unit is located in building 2 of Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa Resort.

Minimum age to check-in 21 years old.

This studio offers:
- Queen size bed and day/trundle beds (twin), comfortably sleep for 4.
- Updated vanity in the bathroom.
- Kitchenette stock with pots/pan, mini-Kcup coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator.
- BBQ utensils
- Linens/towels provided

Resort Amenities in the Main Building:
- Indoor Pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna (Pool towels provided by the resort, please check with front desk. No life guard on site) Closed 9/2/25-10/3/25

Great studio, clean and tidy

The cooking tools were great, and the fridge was a good size. The beds were all very comfortable. Fantastic place to sleep during our ski vacation. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Awesome place to stay for a family of 4!!

The place was perfect for our family (two adults and two children, 9 and 11). The place was clean, the beds were super comfy, and there was enough space for us even with all our winter clothes! We were able to make some easy meals (microwave stuff) and eat at the table. The pool/spa was nice and you can’t beat the closeness of the ski slopes!

Enjoyed my time at the property

The stay was enjoyable. Everything was very clean as described. I had a great time using the steam and dry sauna, soaking in the hot tub and swimming in the room-temperature pool. Everything was great. Thank you.

Comfortable and well-equipped for cooking, with an apartment size fridge and plentiful, good-condition kitchenware. Great pool facilities and covered parking. You can walk to the slopes (Navajo) or take the free shuttle. Our favorite unit so far at Cedar Breaks! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Hi BettyThe only thing my friend and I were frustrated because it took 1.5 hours to find you property after a day of skiing. You never gave me the actual address and the fact that it is in a Hilton property three is off. I also think you're cleaning fee for one night is exorbitant.

Amazing property and amazing host. Although an older building the owner tastefully remodeled the place thinking of all the different aspects that a family would need in Brian Head. Super response, and a super considerate host. Betty did an amazing job giving us pointers and tips, and also took care of us of rven any minor questions we had. The unit had everything needed and more. We had friends in other units in the same building and they commented how much better the one we stayed at was. Parking was easy, and right next to the elevator. Not much food options in the area, but the unit had everything needed to cook, even the little items like zip lock bags, plastic wrap, foil, etc! Thanks Betty and look forward to booking this unit for future trips!

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need for a short stay. If you are there to ski, you can't get much closer to the slopes! Check-in/out was easy, the owner responded quickly, and the lodge had dining options that met our needs. We would chose this unit again in a heartbeat!
