The Space:
Relax and lounge in the electric leather recliners while watching a Tech game or movie on the 65 inch smart TV. Don't forget to turn on the indoor electric fireplace to create the ideal ambience. Our game board coffee table is perfect for a rousing game of checkers/chess or challenge your friends to a game of air hockey or ping-pong in the game room.

Enjoy an outdoor fire while sitting in the rocking chairs under the pergola with string lights at night. We offer one complimentary bundle of firewood and fire starter pack as well as propane for the outdoor grill. The picnic table makes it convenient to enjoy a meal outdoors.

All bedrooms feature a comfortable bed with cotton linens and four quality pillows. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the three other bedrooms have a queen size bed. Each bedroom features a smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet with hangers and easy to access USB ports to charge your devices conveniently. All of the smart TV's are connected to our high speed WiFi and can be logged into your preferred streaming service.

Need a moment to relax - enjoy soaking in the large jet tub located in the master bathroom. Each bathroom features double sinks, luxury towels, salon approved shampoo & conditioner and body wash.

The kitchen offers everything you need to cook a holiday dinner or grill a meal outdoors. Cooking utensils, grill gear, pots, pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, glass cooking dishes, wine glasses, and flatware are available for use. In addition to glass plates and cups, we provide paper plates and plastic cups for your convenience. We also provide dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher pods.

Enjoy sitting in one of the outdoor rocking chairs with your coffee or tea. We offer a variety of different teas and 2 different types of coffee blends. We offer a light roast in the K-cups for the Keurig and a medium to dark roast for the French Press. Creamer, honey, cane sugar and sweet and low are all available for your use!

The washer and dryer features multiple settings, including a steam and wrinkle free setting to help with clothes that wrinkled during your travel. You will find an iron and ironing board in the laundry room as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinet above the washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Neighborhood has access from 2 main streets - University and Indiana.

Parking is available on the street in front of house (maximum 2 vehicles) and additional parking can be accessed behind the house in the driveway (maximum 2 vehicles.)

Please note:
- We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out on same day turnovers. To ensure each set of guests receive a 5 star experience, our cleaning crew needs the appropriate time to clean and sanitize the home properly. We will try our best to accommodate if available.
- Host is not responsible for refunds outside of cancellation policy to due to weather, delays or circumstances outside their control. Please purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from given circumstances. We are a small business and rely on the reservations to provide for our family.
- Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee and having an unauthorized party that results in excessive cleaning and damage, guests will incur a $1,000 fee. We want you to feel at home, but we also ask that you respect the home and follow the few house rules we have set. - Please be aware prior to booking: Although it is pictured in the photos of the backyard, we no longer offer a grill as an amenity.
